Our light tunnel

Before the paintwork is reconditioned, we carry out an electronic paint analysis. This process provides clarity about the condition of the vehicle. Each measurement at the various measuring points is documented. Every customer receives this analysis for their records. A clear picture of the vehicle surface is created in our in-house light tunnel. The numerous LED lights can be customised to suit every test requirement. In this way, we guarantee optimum results and create the greatest possible transparency for our customers.

Paint preparation

With our multi-stage sanding and polishing processes, we get the best out of your vehicle’s paintwork. The claim of our refinishing manufactory: perfection down to the smallest detail! In our wash bay, we clean each vehicle by hand before the paintwork is processed step by step using eccentric and rotary machines. The result: a silky-smooth and high-gloss finish without scratches, holograms or uneven paintwork. In this way, we preserve the outer layer of your vehicle and significantly increase its value.

Paint sealing

Our sealants protect and preserve the condition of the paintwork in the long term. From wax sealing at Concours level to sophisticated ceramic sealing, we offer the right range for every vehicle and every year of manufacture. We record the result transparently for you with a gloss level measurement and carry out free follow-up inspections at regular intervals. So you can be sure that the sealant will retain its full effect for a long time. Every vehicle sealed by us receives a service pass as part of the work, which documents the work.

Interior preparation

Attention to detail is what counts here. Coarse soiling in the interior can even be removed from the seats using modern dry ice blasting technology. Dry ice pallets use high pressure to ensure that even stubborn dirt evaporates. The interior is cleaned with a great deal of precision and sensitivity. Careful care of the high-quality materials is particularly important for classic cars. Leather and upholstery care for a supple feel and longevity, impregnation and odour neutralisation using ozone. We make sure that you and your passengers feel comfortable!

Dry ice blasting

The undamaged substance of a vehicle is decisive for its value. We use modern techniques to ensure that your vehicle is optimally protected. We use dry ice blasting to clean technical components, the engine and the underbody. Dry ice blasting technology can even be suitable for use in the interior. Blasting with dry ice has many advantages. It is efficient, gentle, clean and sustainable. In combination with rust prevention, we offer optimum corrosion protection.
