Donating blood saves lives – and it only takes a little time, but it makes a huge difference. Every drop counts! The DRK local association in Eberdingen has been organising blood donation campaigns with great commitment for years. Together with the DRK, we are trying to organise a special blood donation at our premises, among collector’s items from the automotive world.

On Thursday, 10 July 2025, our automotive blood donation will once again take place in Hochdorf. The enthusiastic participation and high demand in recent years motivate us and the DRK team to plan this offer anew every year.

“The continuation of this blood donation campaign is very important to us from a social point of view. We want to make our contribution to a functioning healthcare system and support organisations such as the DRK local association in Eberdingen,” says Thomas Hientz, member of the SML CarGroup management team.

Donors can book an appointment between 14:00 and 19:00 via the DRK’s appointment booking system. All donors will receive a warm snack as a thank you for their commitment.

“A blood donation campaign in such an impressive setting is something very special!” enthuses Timon Friedel, deputy head of the DRK local organisation in Eberdingen. During the blood drive, donors can marvel at the SML workshop with its historic and classic vehicles.

Parallel to the DRK blood donation campaign, the SML CarGroup invites you to an after-work event in Eberdingen. Enjoy your evening after work surrounded by sporting legends! Participation in the blood donation campaign is not a prerequisite for your visit.
