We have anchored our guiding principle directly in our company slogan “Passion for legends”. Why? So that we are all reminded of it every day. Exclusive vehicles require a special level of dedication in all areas. Whether it’s paint preparation, care or trading. Only if we and the entire team are passionate about our work will we achieve the results we want and that you rightly expect from us. For us, looking after our customers’ vehicles is more than just a job. It is a mission to give our best every day!
Of course, passion alone is not enough. Only those who understand their craft can play at the top. That is why our competent team, with its many years of experience, is at your disposal at all times. Especially in the field of preparation and care of exclusive vehicles, techniques and products have developed enormously in recent years. We guarantee that we are always “up to date” through regular training, investment in our state-of-the-art technology and our own creativity. Our company building provides us with a highly professional environment in all respects.
Sustainable customer satisfaction can only be achieved through a high degree of trust and transparency. When you hand over your vehicle to us for servicing, we automatically receive an advance of trust from you. We are aware of this and therefore do everything we can to return this trust to you. Transparency in communication with our customers is the basic prerequisite for this. We do not hide anything from you. During lengthy vehicle handling processes, unforeseen issues can always arise from time to time. In this case, we take our duty to inform you very seriously. We take time for your concerns! That is our certain “extra” in service and exclusivity. No matter what concern or problem you and your vehicle have – we make sure that you feel that you are in good hands with us and, of course, that you are. We even take the time for a classic vehicle appraisal to prepare a non-binding offer and provide you with comprehensive and transparent advice. We take your wishes seriously and do everything we can to realise them. Amenities such as a free shuttle service to your front door, airport transfers etc. are a matter of course for us.
Many of the vehicles entrusted to us require a high degree of discretion. And with their owners anyway. That’s why we always keep a low profile when you want to protect your privacy. We have developed our SML CarSafe for very special vehicles. Only permanent employees of the SML CarGroup have access to the storage facilities. This means you can be sure at all times that your vehicle will not appear on the Internet at any time. It goes without saying that we keep our customers’ names and data under lock and key.
We are grateful every day for the work we are able to do for you. In this world, many things can no longer be taken for granted. Especially not being able to work with legends of automotive history of all makes and model years every day. Being able to do this not only makes us proud, but also humble. Help and support, wherever it is needed in the world. Commitment to social projects has been an important pillar of our corporate philosophy from the very beginning. We regularly support aid organisations, associations, children’s and youth charities and other social institutions. Partly through financial donations, partly through donations in kind or in the form of jointly defined projects. We always keep our eyes and ears open to see where help is urgently needed and take action. Sometimes even with our own manpower. This is not a marketing strategy for us. We do this out of the deepest conviction and to help people who have completely different, much greater worries than some of us can imagine.
We try to live out our connection to the region in many ways. Wherever possible, we try to involve and promote associations, service providers, businesses and people from the region. This is not only sustainable and efficient, but also brings us all closer together as a community and contributes to harmonious coexistence. This is why we support organisations and institutions in the region in particular, organise community and family events and are constantly coming up with new creative ideas and campaigns. Our clear message: we are not elitist, but down-to-earth, family-orientated and open-minded.
Our company history
The SML CarGroup can now look back on more than 10 years of company history. Over the past few years, the company has developed from a small reconditioning business to a full-service provider in the high-end sector and currently combines six business areas under one roof. True to the motto “standing still is going backwards”, new concepts are constantly being developed, sustainable co-operations established and strategic future fields opened up. But one thing is certain: the SML CarGroup will always remain a family business!
