Donating blood saves lives – and while it only takes a little of your time, it can make a huge difference. Every drop counts!

For many years, the DRK (German Red Cross) local association in Eberdingen has been organising blood donation campaigns with great dedication. Together with the DRK, we are creating a special blood donation experience at our premises, surrounded by automotive treasures and classic cars.

On Friday, 23 July 2027, our automotive blood donation event will return to Hochdorf. The enthusiastic participation and high demand in previous years motivate us and the DRK team to organise this special event year after year.

“Continuing this blood donation campaign is very important to us from a social responsibility perspective. We want to do our part in supporting a well-functioning healthcare system and give back to organisations such as the DRK local association in Eberdingen,” says Thomas Hientz, Member of the Management Board at SML CarGroup.

Blood donations can be booked between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm via the DRK appointment booking system. As a thank you for their willingness to help, all donors will receive a freshly prepared hot meal.

“Taking part in a blood donation campaign in such an impressive setting is truly something special!” says Timon Friedel, Deputy Head of the DRK local association in Eberdingen. During the event, donors will also have the opportunity to explore the SML workshop and admire its collection of historic and classic vehicles.

Registration for the blood donation takes place via the DRK appointment booking system. All information can be found on the DRK website at www.ov-eberdingen.drk.de.

SML CarGroup and the DRK look forward to welcoming you!
